Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order?

You can track your order with your order number and tracking number provided in the order confirmation email. After your order is complete, it takes us one to two working days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. The typical delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive items later or earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Occasionally, packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays so please kindly understand.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order.
In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (e.g. #1234), and listing of the item(s) you have ordered.

What should I do if I didn’t receive confirmation?

We always recommend you to check your email's SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received an order confirmation from us.
If you still do not see it there, please feel free to contact our customer support at support@lifesave.store and we’ll send it again right away.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to process our orders extra-fast to make sure that they arrive with you as soon as possible, so cancelling an order after it's been made isn't always possible. However, we always want to help so please send us an email (with your order number) to our customer support at support@lifesave.store and we will try our best to get your order cancelled for you. If we're lucky enough to cancel in time, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days.

How do I change my order?

It’s important to notify us if you would like us to make a change to your order, if your order has already been processed by our warehouse, any changes to your order is no longer possible.
Please make sure you send us an email within 24-hours at support@lifesave.store for any changes you would like to make (such as your shipping address).

How can I return my order?

We are sorry to hear you'd like to return the goods. If you don't like our goods, you can return the item within 30 days upon delivery. Please read our Return & Refund Policy and reconfirm that the product meets the return condition and requirement.
